One part

Physical

Behavioral

Emotional

Mental

Limited

The other

Spacious

Conscious

Infinite

There is suffering

When the eternal is lost

One believes

All is doomed to death

And limitation

When allowing the limited

To unfold as it will

Without the illusion of control

There is peace

Acceptance

Joy

And infinity

Identity

Is that of the mind

We may choose

An identity

Of limitation and fear

Or we may release

All that we fight

To keep or change

And assume

Our eternal freedom
